Female Orgasm and Female Ejaculation: A guide to the difference that lies in between

A woman’s orgasm has been subject in a great deal of conversation relating to sex. It is the standard declaration by majority of people that women do not orgasm as often as men, women do not achieve orgasm as easy as men. In a survey carried out on women about how often they orgasm during sex, it was revealed that most women especially straight women have not experienced a lot of orgasm before while bisexual and lesbians have more orgasms overall. It is a wonder why this is like that because women have more than ten erogenous zones on their body that can be stimulated. Why then do women have difficulty in climaxing during sex. Both men and women are interested in knowing how to pleasure their women and pleasure themselves, respectively.

If you are going by the picture painted by pornos, we see women screaming and shouting in ecstasy, which simply means they have climaxed, and also because when men orgasm, there is a liquid proof, these two factors lend a stereotypical idea of what orgasm should look like. Not all women with vulva will squirt, it is just the same way not all men leak pre-cum. There are no generalization in sex and it should be so because, each person has their own characteristics and differences. Due to the fact that not all women squirt, which would have been a concrete proof of orgasm, there is an added pressure on what needs to be done. Contrary to the media, an orgasm can be subtle and still satisfying.

Orgasm can happen in different ways for different women with vulva. The experience is not the same for all women. On the accounts given by some women that were asked in a survey, each woman stated their different reaction when they are in the euphoria. While some said they feel a tremor pass through them, others describe a feeling of a weight being lifted, the experience is simply unique. The body process that is common to most women is the contraction that occur in the genital muscles and other muscles in the groin area. The heart rate increases, and this in turn makes blood pressure increase. The brain releases a healthy amount of oxytocin and dopamine, these are feel-good hormones that also help on reducing stress. The release of these hormones are associated with the orgasm, hence why orgasm is important in people’s life.

Clitoral and G-spot stimulation are some of the most common ways orgasms can be achieved by women with vulva. The clitoris is outside the vulva and can be easily stroked, sucked and caressed. The G-spot is more inside the vulva and needs an amount of penetration into the vulva to be stimulated. You can use the finger or a dildo to stimulate the G-spot. With the finger, making a come-hither movement with the crooked finger that is slid into the vulva can make it easy for you to self pleasure or for your partner to stimulate your G-spot. These two types of stimulation are well known as ways of making a woman climax.

There are others way of reaching the climax, aside from stimulating the clitoris and the g-spot.  There are several other erogenous zones that can be stimulated to make a woman with vulva orgasm. Other erogenous zones include:

  • Anal stimulation:the anal region shares several nerves with the vagina, and stimulation of the anal region can give birth to an intense orgasm. Rimming and penetration work for stimulating the anus. More and more women are exploring anal sex as they have noticed that they orgasm from it just as they would from G-spot stimulation. Before any anal penetration, ensure you use a lot of lube before penetrating because the inner skin of the anal region is more delicate than that of the vagina.
  • Cervical stimulation: this is also known as the C-spot. This is your cervix, the passage to the uterus, although it can be painful for some women and care needs to be taken as well as communication with your partner so that you can go slowly. Aside from using a dildo to reach the cervix, in sex with your partner with penis, if the person does not have a long enough penis, this kind of stimulation might prove a bit difficult except fingers for deep fingering are used. Stimulation of the cervix is not for everyone, though.
  • Nipples: stimulation of the nipples can trigger orgasm, as I said earlier, individual differences. There has been women that recounted how they had orgasms from simply having their nipples sucked. Sucking on and pulling the nipples can be all you need as a man or partner to get your woman in a toe curling euphoria.
  • Coregasm: this is orgasm from engaging in physical activities. Women orgasm from exercising. Although this might not be common to most women, but the friction generated from the motions can have an indirect effect on the clitoris or the G-spot and thereby triggering an orgasm.
  • Combinational stimulation: this is the stimulation of more than one body parts, this kind of stimulation can be quite intense and maybe distracting to some people, but there are a lot more women that would enjoy it. Women can have multiple orgasms consecutively.

There are benefits of orgasm

Do you think once you climax that is all? No, the release is not the end, orgasm has some special perks that your body enjoys aside from the pleasure and euphoria.  As I have express before, there are feel-good hormones that are released by the brain into your body when you climax, Oxytocin and Dopamine.

These hormones do more than make you feel good at that moment, they work on your health as well. Their benefits include:

  • Improves your blood circulation and also induce a relaxing effect on your nerves and muscles
  • Your cardiovascular health is enhanced as well
  • These hormones act as painkiller and numb any pain you are feeling and also stress and inflammation will be reduced.
  • Over all, orgasm has an effect on your physical appearance and mental state, your skin glows brighter, and your mood is lighter

Female Ejaculation

When females ejaculate, it can be similar to the ejaculation of penis owners. This is called squirting. Squirting is another process entirely, but it can happen anytime during sex, it can happen during orgasm and before orgasm, but squirting is different from orgasm. This means a woman can squirt and not necessarily have an orgasm, and in the same way, she can have an orgasm without squirting. Squirting is not as common place as it is portrayed in porn, but know this that it is as a result of intense stimulation of the clitoris and the g-spot. When you feel an intense urge to pee, simply do so as long as you are sure you peed before the sex started, the feeling or urge to pee may pass and when it does not is when you have a stream of pee-like liquid squirting out of the vagina.  It is a combination of urea, creatinine and uric acid. This combo is released by the Skene’s glands, which are located at the lower end of the urethra.

How to squirt?

To squirt, it is important to stimulate the G-spot. The constant stimulation of the G-spot, in manual stimulation, is the key. Manual manipulation means using the fingers to stimulate the G-spot using the come hither style. To enjoy any sexual experience to the fullest, another factor is that the mood must be set, be relaxed and prepared so that you will not unconsciously hold back from squirting because of the mess it could create. Getting a waterproof on the spot where you are, if you do not want to splash your furniture or mattress. It is important to note that the quantity of the squirting varies from woman to woman. While some women experience a waterfall, others would not squirt more than a tablespoon or two. Also, there are women that simply do not squirt, it is not because something is damaged, there are just several factors that contribute to squirting, relaxation during pleasure is a factor, you should be ready to let go and enjoy yourself. Squirting is not for everyone, but remember that orgasm is different from squirting, they may occur together, but they are not the same thing.

Conclusion

Female Orgasm and Ejaculation are two different experiences that should not be confused for one another. As I expressly said, a woman’s orgasm is not tied to female ejaculation or squirting. A woman can squirting and still have not neared the climax. But, now you have learned that a woman can get her orgasm in various ways, aside from the regular clitoris and G-spot stimulation. Females can enjoy anal stimulation, nipples and other erogenous zones, cervix and coregasm. Exploiting the knowledge of these various parts of the body will allow you as a partner to satisfy your woman.
